On the Bright Side, I'm Feeling Much Better

The good news is my car is ready and I can pick it up tomorrow morning which means I can head up north to visit family for Thanksgiving like I'd planned.

The bad news is it cost $1438.12 to fix it.

Well, at least I have friends willing to fight over my pancreas...that's something to be thankful for...right?

Yeah, clutches don't come cheap! Ours went a couple of years ago and it still smarts thinking about it.

Glad to hear you're feeling better though 'cause I'm pretty sure you need a pancreas ;)

Ooooh-that car bill stings. Glad you got your wheels back in time to celebrate with the family.

BTW-In terms of organs, I'm pretty sure you'd get a better rate on the foreign market, good to know, just in case...

Ouchies. That certainly brings home the idea that "going home" to visit the family is expensive. ~ sigh ~ You can keep the pancreas, btw. I love you THAT much. :D
